Palliative Care

Palliative care that focuses on providing relief from pain and other symptoms of a serious illness, while also providing emotional and spiritual support to the patient and their family. It is focused on improving the quality of life for the patient and their loved ones, rather than seeking to cure the illness. The goal of palliative care is to help patients and their families cope with the physical, psychological, and spiritual challenges associated with the patient’s illness.

Carers are trained to deliver Palliative Care individualised Care plan will be devised in agreement with the client or clients.
